Creamy Colorful, Carrot, Sea Moss Drink For Health
This carrot sea moss drink is so simple to make, that you can have it ready pretty quickly. And, you can make a big batch and drink it throughout the day. It may be super healthy, but it is also very flavorful, with natural sweetness from carrots, strawberries, and coconut. Add the perfect spices, like nutmeg, cinnamon, mace powder, and cardamon, with a touch of ginger, and you have a burst of flavor with every sip.
Carrot Sea Moss Drink
- 10-15 Carrots
- 6-7 large Juicy Strawberries
- 1 Young Thai Coconut
- 1 thumb Ginger
- 1 Pinch Mace powder
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Cardamon
- Juice the carrots, ginger & strawberries in a juicer.
- In a blender place all the spices & add the water & the meat from the Young Thai Coconut.
- Blend until a smooth & creamy texture is achieved.
- Pour into glasses or a glass jug & Chill.
- To serve, grate in some ginger (optional) & some nutmeg
