Chef Babette's Vegan Pizza
Ingredients

package tempeh

red bell pepper

cup
green onion
1
cup
Crimini mushrooms

Red onion

soaked sun-dried tomato

package grated vegan cheese

no salt seasoning
1
tbsp
Bragg’s or 1 tsp sea salt
1
tbsp
agave
1
tbsp
yellow miso
1
cup
tomato paste or 4 fresh tomatoes
Instructions
(To make red sauce) Blend tomato paste or tomatoes
with miso, agave, Bragg (soy sauce) to taste, and 1 cup
of soaked sun-dried tomatoes. Set aside.
Mix 1/2 cup green onion, 1/2 cup bell pepper,
1/2 cup crimini mushrooms, and 1 package tempeh
and sauté lightly
Build pizza with sautéed and fresh vegetables, and
vegan cheese
Bake covered for 20 - 25 mins at 350 degrees
