Ingredients
1cupMacadamia Nutssoaked for about 30-60 minutes
2large Young Thai Coconutsor 3 small ones
1tablespoonSea Moss Gel
1heaping teaspoon Baobab Powder
1-2very ripe bananaspeeled
1large Cardamonor 2 small cardamon Pods
Cinnamon to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Vanillaalcohol-free preferably to taste
Instructions
In a blender, place the pre-soaked Macadamia Nuts, Bananas, Sea Moss Gel, Baobab Powder and spices before adding the water & the meat of the 2 coconuts.
Blend to a creamy consistency and chill before serving.
