5Ears of corncut off the cob or use 2 drained and rinsed cans of whole kernel corn or 1lb bag of warmed frozen corn.
1/2Cvegan mayo
1/2tspsalt
1/2Cshredded vegan cheese
1/4Cfinely chopped cilantro
1tspchili powderin the video Tonia used less but decided to add a bit more!
the juice of 1 lime
Instructions
This is easy to make! Just add all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix! The corn is great if it's still warm (doesn't need to be hot, just warm) and the mayo and cheese can be added cold. This ends up making the dish room temperature. It is also tasty cold so if you store leftovers in the fridge that's fine to eat as is.
