Holiday Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Instant easy oats
pinch
of Cinnamon
Raisins small handful

cup
Silk soy nog
or your favorite brand of vegan nog
½
banana
granola
whip topping – optional
shredded coconut
Instructions
Put the oats, cinnamon, raisins, and nog together in a mason jar.
Put on the lid and shake it up.
Take off the lid, add sliced banana to the top to create a barrier.
Then pour about ¾ cup of granola on top, then coconut.
Finally, add whipped topping (optional) and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 8 hrs.
