12-inch ginger peeled and grated
1tspground turmeric

Instructions
Add Veggie Broth, Turmeric, Ginger, and Garlic in a pot, bring to a boil. Cook at a gentle boil for 10 minutes before adding the remaining ingredients to the pot and cook for additional 15-20 minutes, Top with chopped Parsley and Lime juice.
