Jane's Frozen Mango Blueberry Sundae Bowl

Ingredients

frozen mango

frozen blueberries
1/3 to 1/2

soy milk
as needed to blend

tablespoon
maple syrup
or to taste
1/2
teaspoon
stevia with vanilla extract
or to taste
1/4
cup
muesli

tablespoons
raisins
1
banana
sliced
2
strawberries
sliced
1
tablespoon
chopped chocolate
Instructions
Add frozen mango, frozen blueberries, soy milk, maple syrup, and stevia vanilla to a blender.
Blend until thick and spoonable, adding only enough soy milk to help it move.
Spoon into bowls.
Top with muesli, raisins, sliced banana, strawberries, and chopped chocolate.
Serve immediately like a healthy sundae bowl.
