Ingredients
3/4Clentils
1.5Cwaterfor lentils
3-4potatoes cubed
1bag of mirapoux or soup based frozen veggies
1bag of carrots, cauliflower, broccoli frozen
1-2Tbspvegan Better Than Boullion broth paste
1/2-1tspMrs. Dash
1/2-1tspgarlic powder
1/2-1tsponion powder
5-6Cwater
Instructions
Add lentils and water to rice cooker. Let them cook. Cube potatoes and boil in separate pan until fully cooked. Put frozen veggies in microwave until fully thawed. Add bullion, garlic powder, onion powder to water and heat to boiling. Add lentils, strained, cooked potatoes and both bags of veggies to water. If a creamier consistency is desired remove about 3 cups of soup and blend in a blender. Mix blended mix back into soup! Enjoy! SO healthy, EASY and delicious!
