Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

classic oats

water

frozen blueberries
1/2

mango
diced
1/2
cup
soy milk
plus more as needed

apple
chopped
1
tablespoon
maple syrup
plus a little extra for topping

tablespoons
raisins
1/2
teaspoon
stevia mixed with non-alcoholic vanilla
or to taste

strawberries
sliced, for topping
1/4
cup
fresh blueberries
for topping

tablespoons
chocolate muesli
for topping
Optional: pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Add oats and water to a small saucepan.
Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until the oats soften.
Stir in frozen blueberries, mango, soy milk, chopped apple, maple syrup, raisins, and stevia vanilla.
Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, until the fruit warms through and the oatmeal is creamy.
Spoon into bowls.
Top with strawberries, fresh blueberries, chocolate muesli, a small drizzle of maple syrup, and cinnamon if using.
Serve warm.
