In a food processor, blend together walnuts, pecans, and hazelnuts until its finely crumbled. Add 1 cup of dates and blend again until well combined and the ingredients are starting to stick together. Add mix to a bowl.
Add ground flaxseed, matcha, and protein powder and mix well to combine.
Grab a cluster of mix and press it into the palm of your hand. Pack it into a ball and form your ball as you press it to condense it.
