Power Packed Protein BallsÂ
Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted medjool dates
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 3 cups ground flaxseed
- 4 tbsp matcha
- 2 scoops protein powder
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend together walnuts, pecans, and hazelnuts until its finely crumbled. Add 1 cup of dates and blend again until well combined and the ingredients are starting to stick together. Add mix to a bowl.
- Add ground flaxseed, matcha, and protein powder and mix well to combine.
- Grab a cluster of mix and press it into the palm of your hand. Pack it into a ball and form your ball as you press it to condense it.
- Store in fridge in a covered container.
