Nina Bergman's Detox Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 handful organic cilantro
- 1 teaspoon dulse
- 1 teaspoon barley grass powder
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- 1 cup wild frozen blueberries
- 2 to 3 frozen banana halves
- 3/4 cup coconut water plus more as needed to blend
Instructions
- Add cilantro, dulse, barley grass powder, spirulina, wild frozen blueberries, frozen banana, and coconut water to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding a little more coconut water if needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
