VEGAN BANANA BREAD

previously frozen or extra ripe bananas

Instructions
Mix everything in a bowl!
Spray and flour your pan.
(Split the batter into two pans)
Bake for 45 minutes on 350 uncovered.
Cover with foil and cook again for another 15-25 minutes.
If you check it to see if it's cooked enough the knife will not come out perfectly dry. It will set up more after it's out of the oven.
