Ingredients
The walnut mix:
1Cupwalnuts
1carrot
1celery stalk
dash of each of these: cumin, turmeric, pepper, salt and cinnamon.
1/2a lemonjuiced
The cheesy sauce:
1Ccashews
1Tblsapple cider vinegar
1/2a lemon juiced
1garlic clove
Dash of turmeric, pepper, salt, onion powder
1/2Cwater
Instructions
WALNUT MEAT: In a food processor or blender add all the walnut mix ingredients and pulse for about 1 minute. Check to make sure it is a thick/chunky consistency. Add more spices as desired and pulse until ready.
CHEESE SAUCE: Blend all the ingredients for the sauce until creamy.
ASSEMBLE: Add the walnut “meat” atop lettuce leaves of your choice, pour the cheese sauce on top.
