Last Chance for Animals (LCA)‘s Chris DeRose & Marc Ching of The Animal Hope & Wellness Foundation warn that reports of a ban on the sale of dog meat for the infamous Yulin festival may be a ploy by the Chinese government to lure us into complacency.
