The fabulous Homeless Animal Rescue Project – harproject.org – took over the rooftop of the famed Waldorf Astoria Hotel on Tuesday, June 30th. It was a glamorous party and the biggest party animals were the many rescue dogs making the scene. The organization is determined to end the killing of millions of dogs and cats in the U.S. every year by getting corporate charities to help animal rescues! The party brought business executives and animal rescuers together! Great idea! Video edited by Donna Dennison.
