JaneUnChained was the only media to ride with hip hop mogul Russell Simmons on the fabulous, new electric eCarriage alternative to NYC’s controversial horse drawn carriages as he went to NY City Hall to send @BilldeBlasio a message! “You should be riding @nyclass horseless carriage 2 work/pressuring NY city council,” Simmons also tweeted from @UncleRUSH.
