Direct Action Everywhere alleges so-called humanely raised turkeys at Whole Foods Market supplier were found in filthy, crowded barns, air dense with ammonia, birds languishing or dead, birds trapped in feces, birds with open wounds. Whole Foods claims the charges are unfounded, attacking DxE’s mission against meat consumption. DxE says the footage is real and from a Whole Foods supplier. So, you look at it.
