Protesters with Direct Action Everywhere – Portland at a natural foods supermarket say, “Don’t buy the humane lie. Animals do not want to die!” Animal activists urge Americans to skip turkey this Thanksgiving dinner and opt for delicious, compassionate, vegan choices. 
Portland activists place roses and tombstones on the bodies of the dead birds to honor and mourn their tortuous lives and gruesome deaths. 
Their life is worth more than a meal.
