#LunchBreakLIVE with two social media stars: Michelle Taylor Cehn of World of Vegan & Toni Okamoto of Plant-Based Dietitian, making Powerhouse Protein Balls! This recipe is incredibly inexpensive, nutritious, delicious and good for the planet. No animals harmed either!
3 Ingredient Powerhouse Protein Balls
1 cup of dry oats
1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup of raisins (you can also mix in or substitute vegan chocolate chips)
Combine all 3 in a bowl and kneed until thoroughly mixed.
Roll into balls.
Place on baking sheet and place in freezer for 30 minutes.
Voila! Done!
