Bobbie “Collar” Henderson – a former Florida police officer and former teacher – tells us how she confronted Hendry County Commissioners at their public hearing after learning that the county secretly approved a massive monkey breeding facility to supply monkeys to laboratories for painful experimentation, a decision now the subject of a lawsuit.
