ATTENTION ALL FOODIES: Come along on my daylong extravaganza at the 2015 New York City Vegetarian Food Festival! In its 5th year, the festival -held in Manhattan- has become a must attend event for ALL foodies. More than 8,000 people showed up to sample over two massive floors filled with everything from vegan sushi to my personal favorite: the NOT MILK booth! This massive event is organized by 2 dynamic young women, Nira Paliwoda and Sarah Gross, the co-founders of U.S. Veg Corp. This year’s raffle beneficiary? Evolve for Animals, an amazing group. With more than 50 speakers, including Gene Baur of Farm Sanctuary, the festival also offered people all the information they need to make compassionate, healthy choices for themselves and the planet.
