Delicious Vegan Pancakes with Fresh Berries, Bananas & Chocolate Chips

Strawberry Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Tbsp organic canola oil

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 Tbsp baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • 1/2 blueberries

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1/2 cup vegan organic chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place oil into the pan

  2. Add the flour, baking powder and salt, cinnamon into a bowl and whisk together

  3. Add water to the maple syrup and mix

  4. Then add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk together

  5. Heat the pan with the oil to medium high and carefully spoon the batter in to the hot oil

  6. Immediately place the strawberries, blueberries, banana slices and chocolate chips on to each pancake

  7. Cook on each side for medium high heat for about a minute

  8. Top with additional chocolate chips and remaining berries

  9. Sprinkle with powdered

  10. Enjoy!!!
