Grilling Doesn’t Mean Killing on July 4th

(serves 4 people)

Beyond Meat Burgers

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pkgs Beyond Meat Burgers
  • 4 buns (whole grain)
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 4 Tbsp Chipotle Mayo (Follow Your Heart)
  • Sriracha sauce to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place Beyond Meat Burgers directly on a hot grill (may be placed on grill while frozen)
  2. Cook on high until until softened, turning every minute. Then turn down the heat and continue cooking until slightly charred on both sides
  3. Place on a bun and top with favorite condiments

Grilled Tofu

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pkg firm or extra firm Tofu (non GMO)
  • 2 tsp Bragg’s Amino Acids (or organic soy sauce)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp Chipotle Mayo (Follow Your Heart)
  • Sriracha sauce to taste

  1. Slice tofu in to 3/4 slices
  2. Brush with olive oil and Bragg’s
  3. Grill on each side until slightly charred
  4. Dress with Chipotle Mayo and Sriracha sauce
