Game Changer: Dr. T. Colin Campbell and the China Study

Dr. T. Colin Campbell joins Elysabeth Alfano, host of the Awesome Vegans Podcast and Video Series (subscribe!), from the Chicagoland area at the Science of Spirituality International Meditation Center. There at the Veggie Fest Presents lecture series, Dr. Campbell spoke to almost 1500 people. A sold out, packed crowd sandwiched in to hear him speak on his long-standing, ground-breaking research.  Campbell, in his research and book, The China Study, clarified that food, rather than genetics, determines one’s health.  Through his research he has proven that refraining from all animals products (fish, meat, chicken, eggs, dairy, cheese) can prevent and reverse America’s most prevelant chronic diseases, such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer. 

Listen in to hear from the author of The China Study, in his own words, list the top three tips you can do TODAY to start reversing chronic disease.  Hint: it isn’t what you eat. It is what you drink!  Plus, Dr. Campbell discusses foods to stay away from and foods to include in abundance. You might be surprised…some fatty foods are actually encouraged!
