Easy Vegan Cookies For The Fall Season
These pumpkin vegan cookies are soooooo easy to make and soooooo delicious to taste! Fall is just around the corner, and pumpkin flavor is a popular one come this time of year. So why not make some vegan cookies that will definitely take care of your pumpkin cravings! Your vegan friend Tonia, joins us again on #LunchBreakLIVE, showing us how it is done.
Vegan Cookie Specialist: Your Vegan Friend Tonia
Tonia never disappoints in the kitchen. The thing I love about her cooking is that her recipes are always really simple, but that doesn’t mean they lack in taste! No way. Her cooking is delicious and creative, and full of life….just like the Chef herself. But her talents don’t stop in the kitchen!
Tonia is a hairstylist and indie filmmaker from Michigan who has been doing vegan activism since 2018. She is grateful to represent the Midwest on the JaneUnchained News Network. And we love having her! Tonia has a YouTube channel called Your Vegan Friend Tonia that you should definitely check out. It is fresh and fun and filled with lots of delicious recipes, and other great videos about veganism and the vegan lifestyle. Are You Ready To Bake Some Vegan Cookies?
The recipe is below so you can try these cookies yourself at home. Again, the easier the better in my opinion, and these cookies couldn’t be any easier to make. Give them a try and let us know how you liked them!
Pumpkin Vegan Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 box of spice cake mix OR carrot cake mix Check the ingredients to make sure it's vegan
- 1 15 oz can of pure pumpkin
- 1/2 C of vegan chocolate chips
- 1/2 C chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Mix in bowl. Spoon out into 2 dozen cookies. Bake on cookie sheet for 17-18 minutes at 350.
- Frost with VEGAN cream cheese frosting. (Check the ingredients)
Notes
(You don't need to add anything if you use a spice cake or carrot cake mix.
