Jenners Vegan Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- Chao creamy shreds vegan cheese
- Dijon mustard
- Sliced tomato
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat pan over medium-low heat
- Spread Dijon mustard on inside of bread slices
- Layer cheese, sliced tomato, salt and pepper, additional cheese
- Brush outside of bread with olive oil
- Cook slowly on medium-low heat with lid on
- Flip when golden brown
- Cook until cheese is fully melted
- Let rest briefly before cutting
