RECIPE:
Cold Breakfast Any Time
Engine 2 Plant-Strong Rip’s Big Bowl, Banana Walnut Cereal
Add sliced banana, strawberries, raisins, chia seeds, goji berries, mango
Top with vegan coconut yogurt and maple syrup
Pour almond milk over it
Hot Breakfast Any Time
Engine 2 Plant-Strong Organic Rip’s Power-Up Bowl, Double Berry Hot Cereal
(made with organic rolled oat, quinoa and sesame seeds)
Bring half a cup of water to boil
Stir in 1/3rd cup cereal
Reduce heat to media
Cook uncovered for 4 minutes.
Toppings (above) the same as for cold cereal
