RECIPES:  Cranberry Chaos

INGREDIENTS

  • Sparkling Water
  • Add cranberry juice to 1/4 of glass
  • Slice of lime’

Retro/Sugar-free “Tang”ish

  • 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed OJ
  • 4 full droppers full of liquid Stevia
  • Add ice and water
  • Blend until creamy

Jane’s Cremesicile

  • 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed OJ
  • 4 full droppers full of liquid Stevia
  • 1/3rd cup of Almond/Coconut milk
  • Whip up in blender

Steve Factor’s Pure Energy Minty Kale Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 c kale
  • 1 c cashews
  • 1/2 water
  • 1/4 agave
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 3 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 2 c ice
  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend first 8 ingredients in high powered blender for 40 seconds
  2. Add the ice and blend again for 20 seconds
  3. Add the cacao nibs and blend for 3 seconds
  4. Pour in glass and top with 1/2 tablespoon of Cacao Nibs
