RECIPES: Cranberry Chaos
INGREDIENTS
- Sparkling Water
- Add cranberry juice to 1/4 of glass
- Slice of lime’
Retro/Sugar-free “Tang”ish
- 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed OJ
- 4 full droppers full of liquid Stevia
- Add ice and water
- Blend until creamy
Jane’s Cremesicile
- 1/2 cup of fresh squeezed OJ
- 4 full droppers full of liquid Stevia
- 1/3rd cup of Almond/Coconut milk
- Whip up in blender
Steve Factor’s Pure Energy Minty Kale Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana
- 1 c kale
- 1 c cashews
- 1/2 water
- 1/4 agave
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 3 drops peppermint essential oil
- 2 c ice
- 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
DIRECTIONS:
- Blend first 8 ingredients in high powered blender for 40 seconds
- Add the ice and blend again for 20 seconds
- Add the cacao nibs and blend for 3 seconds
- Pour in glass and top with 1/2 tablespoon of Cacao Nibs
