RECIPE:  Zucchini Saute (serves 2 – 3)


  • 2 – 3 zucchini, sliced
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Miyoko’s Cultured Vegan Butter


  1. 2 Tbsp water to sauté pan
  2. Add garlic, onions and zucchini and water sauté for 10 min until slightly browned and tender
  3. Add nutritional yeast upon serving

90 Second Salad


  • 2 oz shredded green cabbage
  • 2 oz organic power greens (baby kale, chard & spinach) Trader Joe’s
  • 2 oz cruciferous crunch (shredded red & green cabbage, Brussel sprouts, and kale) Trader Joe’s
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 – 2 Tbsp walnuts, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Goddess Dressing (Trader Joe’s)
  • 2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice


  1. Add dressing to the bowl  and gently toss until evenly spread
