Then watching how waffle cones are made and filled with their uber popular homemade ice cream at Aviv‘s. San Jose, CA’s Veganation blows us away with their fried chickn and ribs. Meet the owner of Portland’s super popular Ichiza Kitchen and how he was inspired to open his restauarant based on grandma’s traditional cooking. And, all the way from Texas, Vagabond Pizza – woodfired! All this and more at Portland’s 1st Annual VegOut! – a celebration of vegan food & drink, live entertainment (including a performance by Grey of Plant Based Drippin!), educational speakers, chef demos, fitness classes, and a ton of fun for all ages!
