North Carolina Farmed Animal Save organizer Roxanne Catlandia Kirtright, who works tirelessly for the animals, talks about the state of farm animals in North Carolina and Hurricane Florence and it’s devastating imapact on animals, the forgotten ones. Also hear from a vegan nurse who works on the cardiac floor of a local hospital where she sees middle-aged patients in their 40’s and 50’s coming in on a regular basis with coronary artery disease, knowing that most of what she sees can be reversed by adopting a whole foods plant-based diet. Dani Rukin reporting for #JaneUnChained News.
