At a recent event in LA, JUST, Inc. rolled out its new JUST Eggs and sampled them to the public. What is was sampled was bacon and salmon and cheese at the event. CEO of JUST, Inc, Josh Tetrick, weighs in with host Elysabeth Alfano of Awesome Vegans as to why the company did this, do they consider themselves a plant-based or vegan company, what is their mission going forward and does it align with vegan values?
