Kale My Name and Avocado Theory team up to bring popular vegan dishes to two Chicago suburbs: Tinley Park and Naperville

April 3rd, 2025, Chicago, Illinois – In a groundbreaking collaboration, Kale My Name, the award-winning fully vegan restaurant, is partnering with Avocado Theory, the popular non-vegan eatery, to introduce a curated selection of Kale My Name’s most beloved plant-based dishes to Avocado Theory’s menu. This is a template that more vegan restaurants should follow, expanding their reach with an inclusive strategy that allows other restaurants to embrace vegan options at their own pace and on their own terms.

Starting Friday, April 4th, 2025, at Avocado Theory’s Tinley Park location, and expanding in May to its newest Naperville location, this partnership will make delicious and allergy-friendly vegan options more accessible than ever. “We are extremely excited about this collaboration,” said Krunal Patel , owner of Avocado Theory. “Bringing more vegan options to Tinley Park with Kale My Name’s menu items—already proven to be delicious and loved by so many—is something we’re really proud of. The collaboration will feature five of the most popular Kale My Name dishes, all of which are gluten-free, soy-free, and nut-free, making them suitable for a wide range of dietary needs:

• Cauliflower Wings – crispy, flavorful, and addictive

• Fried Avocado Tacos – a perfect balance of crunch and creaminess

• Neiman Salad – a fresh and vibrant fan-favorite

• Garlic Kale – a simple yet flavorful take on this superfood

For the dedicated Hungry Kales—as fans of Kale My Name are known— this means more places to enjoy their favorite plant-based meals outside of Kale My Name’s original location.
