Vegan Camp Out 2026 10th anniversary festival celebrates global vegan community and star lineup

London, England, April 12th, 2026 — The Vegan Camp Out 2026 10th anniversary festival is set to bring together thousands for a landmark celebration of vegan culture, activism, and community, marking a decade since its unlikely beginnings. Vegan Camp Out, described as the world’s largest and most international vegan camping festival, will take place from August 14–17, 2026, at Walesby Forest, Nottinghamshire. What began in 2016 as a small grassroots gathering has evolved into a global event attracting attendees from over 40 countries. Organizers are now preparing for what they describe as a defining moment — its 10-year anniversary — with a diverse program of music, talks, and immersive experiences. Watch this short video about the event:
From Grassroots Gathering to Global Vegan Festival

The origins of Vegan Camp Out are notably modest. In 2016, just over 400 people gathered in a field with minimal infrastructure, no formal talks, and a single food vendor. Over the years, the festival has grown significantly, reaching more than 13,000 attendees in 2023 and consistently drawing an international audience.
Reflecting on this journey, founder Jordan Martin captured the scale of that transformation in a Facebook post on March 11, marking the anniversary of the idea’s inception: “It was on THIS very day 10 years ago today that the idea for Vegan Camp Out was first thought of! Never in a million years did I think it would last 10 years or even become an actual festival. Thank you to everyone who has EVER bought a ticket to any event.”
The 2026 edition continues that trajectory, moving to a new venue at Walesby Forest, a 250-acre outdoor activity center. Organizers emphasize that the site aligns with the festival’s ethical framework, with no links to hunting or animal farming, while also offering expanded accessibility and outdoor activities.

Star-studded Lineup Spans Music, Activism, and Culture

Moby announced for Vegan Camp Out 2026
This year’s lineup reflects the festival’s ambition to merge entertainment with advocacy. Major musical acts include JME, Akala, Macka B, and High Contrast, alongside performers such as Delilah Bon and Alissa White-Gluz. The event also brings in comedians and media personalities, including Diane Morgan, Lou Sanders, and Henning Wehn, signaling its crossover into mainstream cultural spaces.
On the front of activism and education, prominent voices such as Earthling Ed, George Monbiot, Peter Egan, Zack Polanski, Ronnie Lee, and Dr. Michael Klaper are scheduled to speak. Adding further global recognition, musician and long-time vegan advocate Moby is set to deliver a talk focused on animal rights and veganism.
Moby emphasized the personal significance of his appearance, stating: “As someone who’s dedicated his entire life to animal rights, it’s a profound pleasure to finally come and speak at Vegan Camp Out. I’ll be talking a bit about my music career, but mainly about animal rights and veganism. See you all there!”
The breadth of speakers and performers underscores the festival’s hybrid identity — part cultural event, part activist summit — bringing together artists, scientists, politicians, and influencers under one banner.

Vegan Camp Out Club Night London
Organizers of Vegan Camp Out are positioning the 2026 event as their most ambitious yet, with expanded programming that includes wellness sessions, afterparties, workshops, and what is expected to be the largest range of plant-based food vendors in the festival’s history.
Jordan Martin highlighted both the symbolic and practical importance of the milestone year, stating, “Vegan Camp Out turns 10 years old for our 2026 event. I can’t even believe it. I’m so proud of the line-up we’ve booked, it’s incredibly diverse and has something for everyone, and celebrates our 10th anniversary perfectly.”
Attendance is expected to be high, with capacity set at approximately 8,500 to balance demand and experience. The addition of features such as spa facilities, woodland areas, and expanded stages reflects a continued effort to evolve while maintaining the event’s community-driven ethos.
Additionally, to celebrate the Vegan Camp Out’s 10-year anniversary, the organizers are also hosting a three-night club party in London (May 8, 9, 10), and tickets for it are already available.
As Vegan Camp Out enters its second decade, the 2026 edition stands as both a celebration of progress and a statement of intent — demonstrating how a once-small gathering has become a central hub for the global vegan movement.
