Meet animal activist Paige Parsons Roache, who could easily win the busiest woman on the West Coast award.

Fort Wayne, Indiana — July 25th, 2026 –  At first glance, Paige Parsons Roache might appear to be your typical suburban soccer mom. But, within seconds, she reveals her inner activist. A relentless ball of energy who races to community events and speaking engagements in her well-worn Prius, Paige is on a mission to show the world that small daily decisions can lead to big changes for animals and our planet. She wants you to rethink what’s on your plate, what’s in your shopping cart, how you dispose of your garbage, and how you talk to those around you. Her approach, featured on UNCHAINEDTV, is all about keeping it real, keeping it fun, and achieving results.

How Does Paige Parsons Roache Inspire Change?

This married mother of two young adults inspires change by blending community engagement, education and lots of laughs into one dynamite package. Because she does so much, Paige is hard to categorize. She’s a producer, a promoter, a booker, a public speaker and a community organizer. And, that’s just for starters.

As the San Fernando Valley’s campaigner for Plant Based Treaty, Paige has been a powerful force in promoting plant-based options across the valley and greater Southern California. The treaty puts food systems at the heart of combating the climate crisis, aiming to “halt the widespread degradation of critical ecosystems caused by animal agriculture, to promote a shift to healthy, sustainable plant-based diets and to actively reverse damage done to planetary functions and biodiversity.” To that end, Paige has been a key member of a PBT team that helped inspire West Hollywood and Culver City to endorse the treaty. She also played a key role in the 2026 LA Climate Week, organizing a vegan cooking competition at Bestie’s Vegan Paradise that won raves and is featured in the video below.

Plant Based in the Burbs

Paige is also the co-star of Plant-Based in the Burbs, an UnchainedTV original series where she and co-host Sherri Johnson humorously whip up delicious vegan recipes, proving that making healthy, sustainable, compassionate food is not an elitist concept but, rather, something any mom or dad in the ‘burbs can have fun doing.

What Does It Mean to Be an Animal Activist?

An animal activist is someone dedicated to protecting animals and reducing their suffering through advocacy, education, and lifestyle choices. Paige embodies this commitment. She turns compassion into actionable steps you can take immediately. No lectures. Well, maybe a few. But, mostly, just inspirational action.

At the heart of animal activism is compassion. And it grows stronger with community support. When people unite, whether it’s for The NY State March to End Animal Testing or a neighborhood cleanup, the movement gets louder. Paige knows this well. She builds crowds, not just clicks.

Paige promotes compassion at every opportunity. Her birthdays and special occasions are held at vegan restaurants specifically to bring them additional business. She proactively conceives of and produces many other special events at Los Angeles vegan restaurants, arranging for performers in order to draw in a crowd. Paige is renown for adding her special magic to VegFests where she helps book the most fascinating guests, never afraid to approach and snag a celebrity if it’s going to help the animals. She also played a key role in a major launch of the Vegans of Los Angeles vegan food bank. “I supported the launch media campaign in May 2022 and am on the Board of Directors,” she shared. In the video below, Paige and her Plant-Based in the Burbs co-star Sherri Johnson tell UnchainedTV Action Hour host Lindsey Baker what sparked their animal rights activism and how it became a central focus on their lives.

One of Paige’s gifts is connecting people, introductions that often lead to a speaking engagement, a role on a plant-based TV show or at a VegFest. That she has been able to book a myriad of guest speakers for various vegan and animal rights events is a testament to her charm. You cannot spend more than five minutes with Paige without experiencing several bursts of laughter. While she certainly anguishes over the suffering of animals in factory farms and slaughterhouses, she is just temperamentally upbeat and cheerful. It goes a long way. The world needs more people like Paige Parsons Roache. But, until that happens, she will continue to do the work of dozens of people…for animals who cannot defend themselves.
