RECIPE:

Choose from:  Cinnamon Bite, Fruit Burst and Carob Chip Cookie Mixes

  1. Place cookie mix into bowl and slowly mix in 1.5 cups warm water
  2. Press into a large cookie pancake on waxed or parchment paper and use various    diameter shot glasses to press individual cookies into desired sizes and place on parchment paper lined cookie sheet for baking or dehydrating.

For “Raw” cookie: Bake in dehydrator for 1 hour to 1 hour 45 min at 118 degrees F (longer time –> crispier cookie)
For “Baked” cookie: Bake from 15 to 45 min at 175 or 200 degrees F (longer time –> crispier cookie)
