INGREDIENTS: Day 2: Juice #5 in the protocol for Day 2
Green Smoothie
- 10 oz water
- 1 ripe banana + 1 date (pitted)
- 1 c frozen mango
- 1 c kale
- 1 c spinach
DIRECTIONS:
- Process in blender for 30 seconds
- Enjoy
Day 2 = 6 pack (16 oz) each

- turmeric root (not the powder)
