RECIPE: Â Kitchen Sink Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup broccoli rice
- 1 cup shredded Brussel sprouts
- slivered almonds
- 2-3 minced dates
- 1/3 c dried cherries
- 1 diced apple, medium
Dressing
-
- 3 Tbsp sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- pinch of salt
- pinch of thyme
- dash of oregano
- optional
- 3 Tbsp Tamari sauce
- squeeze lime over salad
DIRECTIONS
- Assemble all the salad ingredients in a large bowl
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients until blended
- Immediately pour over the salad and toss until everything is evenly covered.
- Enjoy!!!
