Fabulous Filipino Fritada with Gardein Teriyaki “Chick’n” Strips
3 tablespoons of coconut oil (more or less to your liking)
Add one minced garlic bulb and one chopped onion
Simmer on medium heat until translucent
Add salt and pepper
Add one can of tomato sauce
Continue to simmer
Add Gardein Chick’n Strips
Add cubed potatoes raw
Simmer till potatoes soften
Add 3 bell peppers: orange, yellow and green.
Add crushed red peppers to taste
Optional: add vegetable broth for additional sauciness
Cook to your liking.
Serve over rice
Garnish with parsley.
