Bountiful Beyond Meat Pasta

RECIPE: Bountiful Beyond Meat Pasta Dish


  • 3 T garlic, minced
  • 1  red onion, minced
  • 1 c frozen chopped green beans or whatever veggie you prefer
  • 17 oz 500 g pasta of your choice (we used (garafalo from Costco)
  • 2 Beyond Meat (The Beyond Burger)
  • 2 T Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
  • 3 oz Daiya Mozzarella Shreds
  • 2 T Cholula Hot Sauce, Original
  • 8 oz organic marinara sauce (we used Trader Joe’s no salt added)
  • 1 T Go Veggie grated parmesan style topping (vegan)
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste


  1. Cook a bag of pasta according to packaged directions
  2. Place the cooked pasta in a glass baking plate
  3. Take a well oiled skillet and add red onion and sauté until carmelized
  4. In another bowl, combine Beyond Meat with garlic and Bragg’s aminos
  5. Then add mixture to skillet with sauteéd onions and cook until heated through, about 4-5 min
  6. Then gradually add a half a cup of marinara sauce and continue to sauté
  7. Finally, add skillet mixture to pasta in a glass baking dish, and mix together
  8. Cover with Daiya (non-dairy) shredded mozzarella cheese.
  9. Heat over to 500 degrees until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
  10. Enjoy
