1 Green Apple

1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

1/2 Cup Frozen Pineapple

5 Mint Leaves

2 Tbs Chia Seeds

1 Tbs Hemp Seeds

2 Dashes Ground Ginger

3/4 of Blender w/ Water
