Vegan Bodybuilders Whip up Zesty Zucchini Spiral Pasta!

How to make zesty zucchini spiral pasta & avocado chocolate pudding, brought to you by 2 vegan nationally qualified bodybuilders Stephanie Harger & her fiancé Taylor Reichelt! Zesty Zucchini Spiral Pasta Recipe

2 c. Zucchini spiral pasta (You will need a little device)
1 c. tomato sauce of choice
pinch of minced onion
pinch of minced garlic or garlic powder
1 c. bell peppers (all colors)
2 small portabella mushrooms chopped
Carmelize onions in tbsp of olive oil then add 2-4 for an additional 5 minutes
Then add sauce and simmer for 10 minutes – toss noodles in separate pan and add 1 cup of sauce – heat until desired temp is reached.  I like mine raw… :)

Dessert – Avocado Chocolate Pudding
1/3 Avocado
1 Scoop protein
2 TB Cocoa
1/5 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Whip up in blender until smoother and silky
