Zesty Zucchini Spiral Pasta Recipe
|2 c. Zucchini spiral pasta (You will need a little device)|
|1 c. tomato sauce of choice|
|pinch of minced onion|
|pinch of minced garlic or garlic powder|
|1 c. bell peppers (all colors)|
|2 small portabella mushrooms chopped|
|Carmelize onions in tbsp of olive oil then add 2-4 for an additional 5 minutes|
|Then add sauce and simmer for 10 minutes – toss noodles in separate pan and add 1 cup of sauce – heat until desired temp is reached. I like mine raw… 🙂|
Dessert – Avocado Chocolate Pudding
1 Scoop protein
2 TB Cocoa
1/5 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Whip up in blender until smoother and silky
