When we moved to the side of the slaughterhouse to sing to the doomed goats, we experienced an intense burst of wind that grabbed Niko’s poster (“they are children just like me”) and blew it 100 feet into the air. We never figured out where it finally landed but Niko’s mom, Donya, promised they’d make a new one.
So that was taking our activism to a new level!
