Ingredients
- 1 block extra-firm tofu
- Turmeric
- Black Pepper
- Garlic
- Liquid Aminos
- 1/2 cup Onions (chopped)
- Mushrooms (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Bell Peppers (chopped)
- Spinach
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients and mix together in a skillet
- Season ingredients to taste
- Cover skillet and cook on low heat for 10 - 15 mins
- Serve
