It’s Waffle Time!
I don’t know about you but I am so curious about these chickpea waffles! Let’s take a look at how they turned out. I am actually getting hungry just typing about them. They sound pretty darn good and definitely unique!
Vegan Waffles Turned healthy!
Yet still delicious, of course! I always felt guilty eating things like vegan waffles or pancakes, because they are not exactly “healthy.” Of course, they are healthier than their non-vegan competitors, but still not considered a “healthy food” by many. Now I can have vegan waffles, without the guilt thanks to the wonderful Sarah Bluff and her chickpea waffles! YAS!
I am posting the recipe below so you can have the chance to try these out too. I bet your friends and family would be super impressed if you cooked these for them. So why not give it a try? It’s something new and different for a change!
