Nance Ice Cream by Chef Greg Ownes’ from New Day New Chef Season 4
Nance Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 325 g nance
- 275 g coconut milk
- 140 g vegan heavy cream
- 50 g sugar
- 10 g corn starch
Instructions
- Step 1: De-pit the nance.
- Step 2: Combine in a blender with coconut milk, vegan heavy cream, sugar, and cornstarch.
- Step 3: Place mixture in ice cream maker for 10 minutes.
- Step 4: Add additional nance in the ice cream maker, while blending, for additional texture.
