Activists lay down flowers atop dead turkeys packaged to be sold as a centerpiece in honor and remembrance of the 46 million turkeys raised and killed every Thanksgiving. “We Remember: the forgotten victims of Thanksgiving” – protesters demonstrating against the humane-washing that is rampant in supermarkets everywhere. “Don’t buy the humane lie animals still suffer and die” is their message.
