Fishless Tacos with Lime Crema!
Ingredients:
– Gardein’s Fishless Filets
– Shredded cabbage and carrots
– Avocado
– Vegenaise
– Lime
– Cilantro
– Corn tortillas
Directions:
Bake fishless filets per instructions on package on sheet lined with parchment paper
While fishless filets are cooking, make the sauce
Lime Crema:
1 cup Vegenaise
Juice from 1 lime
Finely chopped cilantro
– Mix well and set aside.
– Dice avocado.
– Heat tortillas (in oven or on stove top burner).
– Cut fishless filets into strips, and assemble tacos!
